Narwals- Narwals Swimming in the. . . Lake?

If you wish to speak with Octo, Lyhn, or Kazu you will have to go to the lake for they were turned into Narwals

I have absolutely no idea where this comes from. Seriously. The idea is from the awesome who drew the originals:


I really really tried to make these guys /colored/ like actual narwhals… but I still ended up making it a little styled. Maybe I should have gone ever more styled as the drawing itself is very.. stylized. I had no idea what colors I was going to do for this which took me the majority of the time. I'll just post these little fails here and poof.

Well I did manage to get decent bubbles- and I experimented some more with water effects… probably could have done better… but I'm rather stuck with how to do so.
